Make no mistake about it, garbage like this among other things is just another reason I NEVER leave my house without a gun with the exception of work where I cannot legally carry (military installation). It is too damn bad he couldn't have busted a cap in each and every one of their sorry asses. Good on the dude that brought the assault to an end.

This is what happens when you finance failure. How many of the suspects lived in a two parent household where someone was EARNING their living.

Welfare increases crime rates. End welfare now

Relationship Between the Welfare State and Crime

June 7, 1995

Mr. Chairman, Distinguished Members of the Committee:

My name is Michael Tanner and I am the director of health and welfare studies at the Cato Institute. I appreciate the opportunity to appear before the committee on an issue of extreme importance to the American people. There is no doubt that juvenile crime is a serious and continuing problem in this country. There are many factors contributing to the rise in juvenile violence and crime, from the glorification of violence in the media to the failure of the "war on drugs." But, today, I would like to focus on a factor that has received far less attention -- the relationship between the welfare state and crime.

Last year, the Maryland NAACP released a report concluding that "the ready access to a lifetime of welfare and free social service programs is a major contributory factor to the crime problems we face today."(1) Their conclusion appears to be confirmed by academic research. For example, research by Dr. June O'Neill's and Anne Hill for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services showed that a 50 percent increase in the monthly value of combined AFDC and food stamp benefits led to a 117 percent increase in the crime rate among young black men.(2)

Olney isn't the nicest section of the city....

I am just glad that there was some one kind enough to come to this mans aide.

Apparently this morning one of the kids ratted out his friends and they are apprehending them one by one with a few of them in custody.

Sounds like the "Knock Down Game". Group of kids in St Louis beat a guy (picked at random) to within an inch of his life. There was a teenage girl that was able to identify them but by the time the trial came up she refused to testify. Probably was scared for her own life.

Just shoot them now and save society all the future trouble and expense

Sounds like the "Knock Down Game".

I'd like to play the knock down game with each of them and a .22 rifle.

... and before you say I need something bigger, I am going for a drawn out process of well aimed shots.

I would love to see a video where these types of punks meet up with the wrong person. Lets say a old man like Chuck Norris. Now that would be great.

I'm not a big fan of going on post and am glad I work out of my office at the house. I have to go on post from time to time, but hate the fact I can't carry my weapon.

this random shit has got to stop and it's going to take shooting the ****ers in self defense to get the message across. And they're targeting only white people. Sad state of affairs. It's time for the white people to have a better situational awareness of their surroundings and the people in them. Then they should target them with a good sight picture should it seem anything like this is about to go down.

Fortunately we haven't seen this yet here in Killeen, but many of my friends (who I agree with) state if they see a group of black kids (yes, these are still kids) or anyone /group the fits the stereotype their weapon is coming out for a legitimate fear for their safety and their lives. Like i said, it's going to take killing a few of these animals in self defense and then tell their parents, relatives, and friends to STFU when they start saying the dead animal was an angel and the victim used a disproportianate amount of force. ****e'em ****'em with a a big rubber dick. ****'em!!!!

Do yourself a favor and check with the Security Officer for the base for the instructions.
I found out recently that Davis-Monathan here (and most AFB's) will allow retirees and CCW holders to bring their weapons on base as long as they are locked in the glove box unloaded.

I used to have to drive the 23 miles back home, disarm, go to the base and do my business, then drive back home, rearm, etc.
The base instruction allows me to simply pull over in the check in lot, disarm by clearing my pistol and putting it in the glove box and locking. Then drive on the base. After I'm done, I can reload and rearm.
