Started this tonight with the wife. Seems pretty good after the first work out. Will see in 3 months how it pays off.

I've heard good things about it... LMK how you guys like it. I've been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week for a little over 2 months now. Bench is back up over 300 and I'm working hard on getting deads back up there. Might switch to something like the p90X in the spring to get cut up for the beach.

I did it 3 years ago and lost 40 pounds and gained a ton of energy. I kept it off and continued to do Kempo and Plyo for 2 years.

I'm now back to being an old, lazy, slob now! You will grow to HATE push ups, pull ups, and Ab Day!!!!!

Keep with it, don't try to be like the guys and gals on the DVD (they are not from this world) but just do things at your pace at first. It is XTREME.

You will not believe the change in 30 days, 60 you will feel like you are 10 years younger, if you do all 90 you will become an alien being!
