I had one last week.
I've been pretty good, well actually real good since I opened up my store at eating healthier food. Getting salads and roasted chickens from the Supermarket and stuff like that.
I had a binge at McDonalds a few weeks ago a pizza a couple times in 2 months. So all in all I'm happy.
Last week though, it was terrible. :lol:
I don't know if it was the weather but I gluttonized the neighbourhood last week.
Monday, was pizza and chicken wings.
Tuesday was Burger King and then Subs for dinner.
Wednesday was McDonalds and then Chinese Food.
Thursday lunch was leftover Chinese Food, and then....the kicker.
I ordered a 15 piece bucket of KFC, Large fries and 2 large salads. :ack:
Had the KFC for dinner Thursday, all day Friday and lunch Sat.
Believe me, I don't normally eat like that.
It was just one of those weeks.
I'm guessing there is enough fat in what I ate to last me for 2 months.
Not to mention the money I spent. In the area of $225.00 :leaving:
My fridge at work is now filled with fresh salad for at least 3 days. Grilled chicken breasts, and some beets, carrots and cauliflower.
Plus a whole heap of water to cleanse me out.
ANyone else ever have a binge like this?
