View Full Version : DO you ever have a real bad food week?

I had one last week.
I've been pretty good, well actually real good since I opened up my store at eating healthier food. Getting salads and roasted chickens from the Supermarket and stuff like that.
I had a binge at McDonalds a few weeks ago a pizza a couple times in 2 months. So all in all I'm happy.

Last week though, it was terrible. :lol:
I don't know if it was the weather but I gluttonized the neighbourhood last week.
Monday, was pizza and chicken wings.
Tuesday was Burger King and then Subs for dinner.
Wednesday was McDonalds and then Chinese Food.
Thursday lunch was leftover Chinese Food, and then....the kicker.
I ordered a 15 piece bucket of KFC, Large fries and 2 large salads. :ack:
Had the KFC for dinner Thursday, all day Friday and lunch Sat.

Believe me, I don't normally eat like that.
It was just one of those weeks.
I'm guessing there is enough fat in what I ate to last me for 2 months.
Not to mention the money I spent. In the area of $225.00 :leaving:

My fridge at work is now filled with fresh salad for at least 3 days. Grilled chicken breasts, and some beets, carrots and cauliflower.
Plus a whole heap of water to cleanse me out.

ANyone else ever have a binge like this?

I thought I would be the only person here that actually likes beets.

I have bad days, or a couple of days sometimes. Last week was bad not overall, but i just ate a lot of sweets. I'm on my climb to 220 tho by the end of January, and then will start cutting in feb or march prolly down to 195-200ish. Right now I'm at 212 and still under 11% Bf, so some bad food here and there won't hurt!!

been eating like crap the past month... I normally stay away from wheat products, and stop eating complex carbs after 3pm.

This is my last week of eating like crap (can't leave all of those goodies go to waste).

Oh well the goal is to be 190+lbs and 6-7% body fat for the summer.

This past week wasn't great since I was off work and I went out to eat with friends several times, but I tried to keep the other meals good for the day if I did eat out. I always hit the gym, so that helps a lot. Twice last week I did two-a-days at the gym and got in a lot of cardio to help offset things.

It's really easy to let one bad meal turn into 4 or 5. It's something I have to watch.

Yep. Pretty bad over the holiday's. I will be trying harder this year with the battle of the bulge again. Stopping sodas first working on diet too. Good luck Mike lots of folks in the same boat brutha!:seasix::cert:

I don't really binge but will overdo it in the chocolate department if it's sitting around at work. I swear I can be on another floor working and hear it calling my name :banghead:
