Coming back from VA to GA yesterday, I started feeling a little out of sorts. Didn't feel partying much last night but did blow up a buch of fireworks for the kids. Stomach had been aching and was tired as hell. Woke up early this morning, and have felt progressively worse. Head started hurting, freezing my ass off with a sweatshirt on under a blanket on the couch. Started feeling warm between the chills and fever has passed 100, so Ibuprofen for that. The holidays were a disaster (Mom had open heart surgery) but at least I think she will be ok, but several medical professionals dropped the ball on her rehab, but that's a story for another day.. This is just icing on the cake. :sadangel:I"m already thinking about calling into work tomorrw which will look great right after the holidays. Woot.

Damn........That sucks.
You need to send in the JBTRT, Jim Beam Tactical Response Team. :yesnod:
Poisons your system just enough to kill all the germs. :yesnod:
Hope you feel better, mang........:seasix:
Go to work and share it with your co-workers. :leaving:

Fever is past 101 now and wife is trying to get me to go to the doc in the box. I DO NOT want to get off this couch.

:iagree:
Get some prescribed meds.
Hope you get to feeling better. I came down with something about a week and a half ago and still trying to shake it.

Prayers for your Mom. As for you, don't go to work unless you have been fever free for 24 hrs. If it is the flu, you have a short window of time to take Tamiflu to reduce the severity so you might want to go see your doctor.
Feel better soon.
