Anyone have a friend with a phone number at ATT that actually has some authority and clout to back it up with??

I was happy with DSL at ATT, and so this freeking Uverse sales dweeb came around last Sept or so, and so I switched to Uverse, and it's been one freeking mess ever since....

I sent them a payment of 140 bux on 12/2 this month....and they somehow credit to the rong account, and so they supposedly transferred it over to the correct account, but now the latest statement says no credit showing for the 140 bux, so instead of 55 bux owed, they wanting 195 bux, they actually cancelled service on me a few days before christmas, and I spent 5 HOURS on the phone with them idiots at the most useless freeking phone number on the planet 800 288 2020

SO, sometime this morning I going to call on the majic jack line, and go through this all again, one more time and I make a open prediction that ATT Uverse will be out of business within ten years, and I wonder if their cphone division will survive or not....they simply can NOT run a operation that fecked up and survive, as I can't BE the only customer out there with these issues.....some guy somewhere needs his ass reamed and fired on the spot....

:rofl: Both actually, that is a valuable site added to my bookmarks for sure.....

but in fact about a 1/2 hour ago I called their calling tree above and it actually worked got a human that spoke AMERICAN and so the internal book keeping/accounting dept of ATT for some reason waited till the 27th to issue credit to my Uverse acct.....

so it all 'crossed in the email'.........


I think I must have set some sort of record, first man in America to have money cross in the email....:hurray::seasix: gotta be worth a least a beer....:datawiz:

Wow. Either the reps can't speak English, Engrish, or Geneglish..... or they're about as smart as a box of rocks.
