Reminds me of this story:
A college student was talking to an old man at the football game, telling the old guy that "you old people will never understand our generation. You're too old fashioned, uneducated to new technolgy, set in your ways....
You guys never had TV, Stealth Jets, Rockets, Computers, the Internet, etc..."

When the college student took a sip of his beer the old man said... "You know son, you're right! We never had all those things. SO WE INVENTED THEM! Now....what are you going to do for the next generation?"
