First, a Florida panther could destroy a maple leaf, or any variety of leaf, for that matter. I mean, really. Panthers have sharp claws and really strong muscles and shit. Plus, they're stealthy, so they are good at sneaking up on shit. Not much of an advantage against a leaf, but still. On the other hand: a leaf... what's that? :dunno: If it's a leaf off of some plant that has a cellulose structure, then those have some amount of structural rigidity... but still, I wouldn't think it would be much of a match against a set of razor-sharp claws.

And secondly... don't they have the same grammatical rules for English north of the 49th parallel? The plural of leaf is "leaves." Not leafs. :nono:

So, I would have to go with the Florida panther on that matchup.

Everywhere you go you see thousands of Leaf jerseys in the crowds.
Leaf fans are nuts. They haven't won for 50 years but there fans are nutcases for the team.

They had an open workout last week and it was a sellout with a few thousand having to be turned away.

That's why if they ever win the cup in my lifetime I am leaving Toronto for a couple weeks until the fires die down.

South Florida fans suck ass. Doesn't matter the sport, every game I go to feels like a home game for the away team.

This is especially true of the Marlins.
