It's a LONG story and very fugly over the last8 months or so....

I would do DSL with them IF they will install it, but in NO way to do Uverse....

the install guys are very find, professional, friendly even car people, but dealing with the ATT home office kills every bit of PR work the guys can do....and to boot neighbor across the street is a honcho with them, all the guys know him, and ALL of them are unable to help, that outfit is SO Focked up.....in all sincerity their land lines division has no chance of survival, ten years from now, they not be here...BET on it.....

I can talk about it lots quicker, and tell you the ropes if you want to....but the story runs pages of negative reviews....I would THINK in this computer age that SOME one would know a fried wire when they see it.....over the last 12? years now....

basically a unfixable problem, so they bury it in bullshit....

I've had it for about 2 years. They have had to come out twice and replace the modem, but that's it. When I switched over, the DVR and on-screen functionality was far better than what I had (Cox cable).

I have Internet and tv. Their equipment sucks, but the service has been fine. They will increase you pricing every six notches unless you call to complain.
