Can't get a three-pedal manual in the 458 or the FF. When the 599 replacement comes along won't be able to get one there either, nor in the California when the facelift hits.

Lamborghini is going the same way, the Aventador is not available with three pedals, and the Gallardo replacement won't get them either. If you want a three-pedal Gallardo now you have to order one and then wait until they have enough orders to make building a run of three-pedals worthwhile to Lamborghini.

In the realm of the hyper-cars, the traditional manual is going the way of the dinosaur. All these makers claim that it just isn't feasible to engineer the car for both the three-pedal configuration and the paddle shift, because the number of customers ordering the three-pedals is miniscule. The market has spoken, apparently.

just wondering why one of the brake rotors is different than the other 3

Good catch. If you look closer, there's two shots of the left front wheel and none of the left rear.

It's the rear, and the other three are the fronts. As mentioned above.
