I think there is NO deterrent for murder...people that murder just don't give a shit...why else would someone commit a murder in a state that HAS the death penalty? They certainly aren't deterred from committing murder in TX :confused5:

and don't think i'm against the death penalty, I'm not...I just don't see it as a deterrent
