Feather, not dot.
What kind of authentic cuisine would they serve?
Rabbit Stew? Poached Buffalo (illegally poached, not cooked poached)?
Rattlesnake?

Never heard of such a thing.
We do have a new Egyptian place going in nearby. Fast food too IIRC.

We get a lot of our dishes from Native Americans, like hominy, grits, corn bread, peas, turkey and hush puppies even.

I guess I eat at a Native American cookout every day, family Xmas party last weekend, and so it seems from conversations, she has TWO sides of the family with 'Indian' background, as in direct....interesting, she don't talk funny but she is slender and foxy.....
she is under the weather with flu related crap now, and snoozing pretty good with some scripts....hope she better by Xmas, anyway....
Lady across the street is in the hospital with phewmoania and I hope we caught it in time so my wife get over this shit....

Excellent points.
Believe or no, Indians boiled their peas and beans (which only makes sense), and we learned that from them. They would also mix water with corn bread and make a crude for of hush puppies.

They've got one inside the "National Museum of the American Indian" at the Smithsonian in DC... Menu Here (http://www.nmai.si.edu/subpage.cfm?subpage=visitor&second=dc&third=mitsitam)
I ate there once. Think I got chicken, with french fries and cola.

Indian places (feather not dot) are pretty good. Don't use the valet parking because they will burn your wagon.
FTR: Great grandmother was American Indian and only had 1 name.

My ex was a full blooded NA Indian.
When we went to the rez, we would eat Squaw burgers, Hangover chill, Indian Tacos, and so on.
I learned to make fry bread which is used for the squaw burgers and Indian Tacos. Go to any Pow wow and they most likely will serve those items there! Good food!

We don't have any native American tribes in this part of the state. I'll have to watch for some NA cuisine when I travel next time..
