They just opened up a new Indian (dot, not feather) restaurant.
It's a buffet. Two miles from my front door.

I like it, once in a while, but, I find most of their dishes end up tasting like curry. Hard to tell if it's lamb, chicken, or what. And lets face it, they started using strong spices to cover up the rotting smell of meat before refrigeration was invented!:ack:

There's different types of curries.
Some are stronger then/than others.
I prefer the milder types as the stronger ones are just that, too strong.

Back when I had a condo in a highrise, our neighbor was Indian, and the whole floor from elevator to my door reeked like curry....EVERY DAY! Yuck! one of the biggest reasons I sold. And you just can't tell them to stop making that crap, it's all they eat.:ack::willy::ack:

Decades ago, I had a Indian kitchen remodel in the Wash DC region....that range slid down the house SO easy on it's side, but it took a week to get that curry grease yellow stink outta my van....seriously vial....
but it moved SO easy....like it was on rails....
not cleaned in some years, maybe a decade...
