I have a big canvass heavy bag that I used to go all out on.
No gloves or wraps.
It was white but is now mostly a darkish brown colour from my knuckles bleeding.

If I'm really angry, I'll just stew and maybe have a few beers.

Frustrated or just grouchy, I'll go shoot, or go down to my workshop.

If I feel I gotta hit something, I'll fire up the forge and pound on some steel.


Believe it or not, I'm really not a violent person.

Hehe! I am the same way now.
I used to hit everything and anything up until a few years ago not to mention a one man demolition crew of what was in my way.
I've learned to settle down pretty quickly especially after a cop told me that a guy my size wouldn't see any pity from a judge if I was to hurt someone.

This is the reason I don't hang out with people that piss me off. :D
