I give an edge to LSU's defense and i think LSU's offense is more dynamic.
Plus, I think Miles will out-coach Saban. Again.

As a person who has absolutely zero affiliation with either school I can say without hesitation that both of these teams SUCK.

The only other game I really care about is the Urban Meyer Bowl between tOSU and Florida (my sister is an OSU grad). I honestly can't decide which way I want that to go. MSU put up 33 (27 in regulation) to come back from 3 scores down, UVA scored 24, Cincy 31 (could have easily been more)... and those aren't what I would consider high powered offenses.

How many points did LSU and Alabama score through their conference schedule? As was already said, WVU put up 500 yards on and 21 on LSU, who supposedly has one of the best defenses out there. Cincinnati put up more points on Vandy than the majority of their SEC schedule... even with the only good player on the team (Collaros) being at about 75% after surgery. Arkansas gave up 20+ a game this year, including more points to Vandy than Cincinnati did. Michigan State put up more points in regulation against Georgia than they did against most of their Big 10 schedule or even Notre Dame. A LOT of SEC teams have had a LOT of points scored on them.

For the most part, the SEC plays good defense. Nobody is arguing that, but to say that the only conference that plays defense is the SEC is just... wrong. It actually looks to me like the mighty Big East has played pretty comparable defense (by the numbers) to the SEC in bowl games thus far.
