Man, you should drive here with cars, trikes, bicycles, and pedestrians sharing the roadway.

1. Mofo's will look at you and still try to pull out in front of you in heavy traffic. I'm talking slow speed and you can see clearly see their face.
2. They'll be beside you and try to avoid the obstacle on their right by going into your lane as if the lane is empty.
3. And don't let traffic stop for whatever reason. Then, a two lane road becomes however many that will fit into the roadway in both directions, the sidewalk, and any area past the sidewalk.
4. People randomly walking in the middle of city traffic while trying to cross the roadway. It doesn't matter if the traffic is slow or fast.
5. Lines, if there are any, on the road are only there for decorations and will be disregarded whenever the feeling strikes any driver.
6. What's that thing with the red, yellow, and green light?
7. Some major intersections have no stop lights or stop signs. How does one get through that, you ask? You just keep going until you get through it. You might have to stop and start a few times but you'll get through it.

Nice folks but can't drive for shit.

Also, anything with emergency lights and/or siren is encountered with either or all of these; listen to that annoying sound, see the pretty lights, or he's not getting past me.
