There aren't very many on now. I do remember back in the 80s when I went home for lunch, and All My Children was on. (That is the one with Susan Luccia, isn't it?) Some poor s.o.b. fell down the basement stairs and was hurt pretty badly, paralyzed or something. Every show would end with a clip of him moaning and mumbling for help on the stairs...all fcukin' Summer long! Hell, he would've died from dehydration/starvation after a week or so.

Not a soap fan at all. It's just that that was all that was on at noon back then. Granted, I'd watch Susan Lucci pout about most anything. I have an old VCR porn flick that (supposedly) has her in it. Sure as hell looks like her.

I admit - I watch Days of our Lives.

My mother watched it, and my Grandmother used to listen to it on the radio before it hit TV. Sometimes the plot sucks so much that I won't watch it for a few months at a time.....
