They are 21 and 24, and both fairly good cooks. They are always telling us we don't know how to prepare healthy food, we use too much butter, etc.

They said they could make a healthier turkey that tastes great by focusing on flavoring it with the proper herbs, and keep it moist by cooking it properly, not over-cooking it.

Sure enough, the turkey was one of the best I've ever had. Someday on my deathbed, I will tell them that their Grandma shoved a half pound of butter under the skin while they weren't looking before it went in the oven.:D

I'm all for eating healthier foods and such, but sometimes you just can't beat massive quantities of real butter :seasix:
