I had my 2 nephews over today, shooting the .22 at computer monitors, and printers, and washing cars....It was a good day, and they had a riot....My sister came over to pick 'em up, and was riding in a beautiful new Chevy pickup with a Back Rack, and diamond tool box, lifted with nice tires and rims......Just too nice for her to be showing up in....Anyway, she's got a boy friend, who took the kids skating yesterday, and bought them skates, because he said the rink skates are junk....Hopefully !!! She's got a good one....The guy seems like a really good guy to me, so we'll see....Please be normal ! Please be normal !

Are you happy now ???....I have all of the protective shit, but I like to hear a .22.........You bring your kids up the way you want to, and I'll teach my sister's kids how I want to......IT'S A .22 !!!!....Not a Luger, or .44, or an AK......I wear protection, and offer it when it's warranted.....GMAFB !....Those kids won't touch a firearm that warrants use of ear and eye protection, for a few years yet.....

My Ruger 10/22 isn't loud, its actually quieter than my Ruger .177 Air Magnum. Shooting it outdoors in the open isn't loud at all.
However my .22 pistols will make your ears ring.

Thank you !!!. I prolly lost more hearing at the Who concert, outdoors, in Bills Stadium,, in '82, than I have shooting the 10/22 over 2000 times.
