It's 40 degrees or so outside right now, the first cool morning since about May something. My cat Shady loves going outside on the back patio every morning and hanging out, guarding our patio with a vicious authority. But it's cold! So he immediately wants back in. Then he comes into my office and meows at me until I can't take it anymore and let him back outside, where he lasts about 3 minutes and wants back in.

So a few minutes ago he came back into my office and started meowing at me like crazy. I finally got up and started to walk to the door to outside but he wasn't following me. WTF?

Does he use the claws on that seat to stay firmly attached?

Our Russian blue likes to lay on the patio and get under a blanket we leave out there for him. :)

Our cat that's very similar, with white belly/paws.....loves to sleep on MY side of the bed, it was nice last night, as outside was down to 48f.....but in the summer heat/humidity NOT!!!!!!!
