Hey guys,I have suffered with Kidney stones for over 30 years,had some crushed and some removed and even passed a few,well my lasted bout with them has led me to what I believe a good remedy,I learned from three different sources that pure Lemon Juice will help to reduce the size therefore easier to pass. In two different occasions over two years I tried drinking 6oz of lemon juice and both times the stone dissolved or was passed. One was confirmed on xrays the other ,well I just know the feeling by now. Hope this works for you if you have stones.:seasix:

Can you mix the lemon juice with anything?

That is one of the things my urologist recommended. He said four ounces of fresh squeezed lemon or fresh squeezed lime juice, daily, will help reduce the number of calcium oxalate stones that i'm producing. It makes them more soluble.

Avoid orange juice.

Also take chelated zinc and vitamin B6 daily. All are per my urologist.

OP, these do not apply if you have another type of stone. What do you have?

Blade, you can mix it with water or do like I do... Drink it with a straw, straight, trying not to let it touch my teeth. Follow up by drinking 16 oz of water straight.

I was thinking more along the lines of tequila.

Drinking it straight is not that bad,you can chace it with water.I'm just happy I found a remedy,These dam things can really hurt.

I take a herbal remidy from a local health food store. That, along with beer.....for kidney flushing purposes .....:shots:
