Good for the McDonalds worker.

I worked at a McDonalds in High School, had a guy that jumped over the counter like that pull a gun and robbed the place.

I had just left my shift for the evening. :willy:

One of the very sweet, nice, never said a cuss word in her life (50-60) at the time said to him "Now you get the hell back over there, you are not suppose to be on this side".

He then pulled the gun and shot twice at the ceiling.

Hope they give McWarrior a raise but they will probably can his azz.

Cashier asks/questions if its real.
Chick is offended and goes off and slaps the guy.
Cashier walks away.
Chick gets behind the counter and hits him a second time.
He grabs the closest thing to him (metal rod) and opens a can of whoop ass on her which fawks her up good. :)
Her friend goes after him too and she gets lumped up as well.
Cashier gets arrested and fired.

One of the girls got a fractured skull.

He probably got arrested because it looks like he stopped and then commenced the beat down again. Probably had something to do with assault with a deadly weapon. I think (we all know) it's a :bs charge and hopefully he gets a decent lawyer. Being that he is a convicted felon, there's a chance he violated parole somehow and it will be held against him during the trial.

Seriously, though, those women had that coming to them. That guy should never have been charged in the first place, record or no. Who jumps over a counter to assault a cashier? Really? Who does that? Those women, and I use the term very loosely, got what they had coming, no more, no less.

At least the cashier had a job and was working. Trash or not, he didnt deserve being attacked at work, then arrested for defending himself.

You can't see her in that video after she is below the counter. We have no idea what she was doing to endanger his safety while out of view.

I don't know if I watched the same video, since it is blocked here at work. The one I watched you see the guy knock her down, and then start hitting her again and again.

Yes it's likely the same video, but you can't see her actions while she's behind the counter. Was she attempting to reach for a weapon?

I'm not arguing that his actions were justified or not. I'm just stating that from that video, we can't see whether his actions are criminal.
