I had a 60gb iPod before I got my DroidX. The DroidX only has a 16gb card in it so for the time being I use my iPod.
I do store some mp3s on my Droid, just not all of them.

I quit carrying music for the most part, I pretty much only listen to Pandora, and a few talk radio apps. I have a 64gig Ipod touch that I really haven't used much since getting my Iphone.
For plane rides, I have movies on my Ipad.
I still use my ipod touch for music. Never did like the music player that came with my HTC EVO. Haven't loaded any music on my EVO 3D and prolly won't.
iphone FTW.:D:lol::cheers:

I have never loaded a song onto anything.
I do, however, have a cool m3player (an Ipod, I think) that the kids gave me and loaded tunes on. I loved plugging it into my Camaro and listening to it....til I somehow lost the cord to plug it in. :willy:

iPod for the gym. Small, handy, don't care if it zooms outta my pocket when I'm doing the treadmil.
I think I can have my hour at the gym without being reachable.

I have an old iphone 3g that I use for music when I'm in conditions that I don't want to expose my iphone 4 to. For everyday use, my iPhone has all my music, but if I'm in the Jeep or going to be working outside, I'll grab the 3G and not worry about it. :) It's now just a glorified iPod Touch now anyway since the upgrade.
I have an older iPod mini that I use in the Jeep itself, but it doesn't have as much space as my 3g or 4.
So in short, I use them together. But will use the older one when it could get damaged.

Iphone for non-hazardous duty activity. Ipod for cutting grass, dancing with gophers and recently added, walking around salt water. :leaving:

I use google music beta, upload all my music to it, as long as I have access to internet I can listen to any of my music with out taking up space on my phone. Its very similar to Apples new Icloud, except better

hmm, interesting. Any idea of quality of music? kbps? Is it saved only as mp3?

You upload what type of file you are, so same quality as the download you would listen to

I have loaded l what I like on my HTC EVO. I did not know the music player is not good. I just don't know the difference.
I now am streaming Pandora through it and love it.
I have not used my mp3 player since I got it. I will keep the mp3 for the gym or anyother place where it may get rough for the phone, say sex for example.

No iphone, no smart phone!
I have a big old phone with BUTTONS that i can drop and it will still work like a champ, and a SONY mp3 player :seasix: I don't want music on my cell phone, my cell phone is for calls, my mp3 player is for music.

160GB plus worth of music, leaves no choice but the iPod. Computer holds remainder that I do not listen too.

What if I'm not a file type?

I just don't understand the concept of uploading my music to the interwebs so that I can access it only if I have an interweb connection. :confused5: When I listen to the music on my iPod or iPad, I mostly use the shuffle feature. It's very rare that I'll listen to one particular artist for the entire "album".

With the app you don't have to have an internet connection read the "about" on the music beta I thought you did

I use both my iPod Touch and Pandora. I like the iPod touch since the the music sounds better than Pandora on the net.

No smart phone.
Have an older 30 gig iPod that's half used for music, the other half as a portable hard drive.

So basically you have a beater Iphone. Or you can call it a mp3 queen. That's hardcore. Dope no doubt
So, I guess cassette tape recordings of LP's and CD's that I play on my Walkman is going to make me look old and pathetic, huh?
My phone makes calls, and takes (Utah quality) pictures. I'm satisfied.
