For October 9th, we couldn't have had a more perfect day on the water. It was like glass, and that's rare for lake Erie...We got shut out, however, but we listened to the Bills game, and laughed our asses off....I actually went swimming in the 67 degree water, which was crystal clear to 25'...
This is the Marina at Sturgeon Point. Buffalo is off in the distance.

The water and the sky were just beautiful blue

My cousin, and his dad, my uncle, just enjoying the day

Evangola State Park off in the distance. Beach bars are in that strech

On the way home, a bar across from the stadium where the Bills won

Ralph Wilson Stadium, passed as we intercepted to clinch the game

Very rare for me too, but everyone was out of minnows, so we were stuck with salted minnows...The fish finder saw nothing but schools of minnows anyways.....The fish were all home watching the Bills game.....:D
When I see Lake Erie, I think Cleveland. :kick:
Nothing else to be said.

This pic shows Canada on the left, and Buffalo, far off on the right. The lake narrows into the Niagara River, at Buffalo, and empties over the Niagara Falls, into Lake Ontario...Thank God the mistake on the lake is at the other end, Allan....:D

Sometimes you have to reach into your bag of fishing tricks and throw everything you have.
Fish are devious little creatures and sometimes can be very annoying. Usually if ive thrown everything in my bag of tricks at them, I will start trying for a different type of fish just so I wont get skunked.

I was thinking about breaking out the artillery, but I was getting baked in the sun, and just generally baked, so I just didn't care...Looking back, I prolly should have.:yesnod:

His latest, yes.....It's not done yet though. He's better known for his historical musings...
