Jason Newstead has said that leaving Mettalica was the best thing he's ever done and I'm sure he doesn't regret that move.

St. Anger was horrible. I think Death Magnetic is a really good album. It definitely goes back to their early days. Rick Rubin had them go back and listen to their first 3 albums to get them back to their roots.

I heard that song on my way home from work yesterday and kept listening thinking it had to get better which it obviously never does.
