I won the Potentates ring (3rd year in a row somebody from our Shrine Club has won it). Damn, were those sands hot!!!!

Does your temple do the "red meat" tags? The members that know you tear off a part of your tag, & the less tag you go in with means the tougher time you get. I had NO tag left, so it was a rough go for me. " peace on you "

Arabia in Houston. Melrose #1294 for the rest. I worked circus from 1982 (as a DeMolay)
til 2003. When our 2nd baby came, i backed away a bit. It is a rich tradition you are carrying on.

It is and it's fun. I worked the Circus last year and that's when I got the feeling the group was grooming me to become Chief Rat (for the Rat Patrol). I've been having a blast ever since.

This year on 18 NOV, we have Military Appreciation Night for our opening night of the circus. The Sergeant Major of the Army will be here as our Marshal/VIP Guest. I invite anyone to come check it out (Liz and Kevin still have their open invite, too).
