I like sushi, but not a huge fan. But I want to venture out crazy and try tons of different things at one time.

I am looking for a good restraunt or sushi bar in the area. I goggled it and found like shoguns, geisha and Matsu all had decent reviews.

Whats everyones opinion?

I went to the Shogun in VA Beach and it was the suck. I like Kyushu on Newtown Rd, Sukura on VB Blvd and Fire Ninja near Penbrook mall. There are a couple good ones out here in Suffolk but you probably don't care about that.

We have a Sakura here too! It has pretty good sushi.

This Old House in shopping center across from Crispy Cream doughnuts on VA BLVD. Looks like a hole in the wall but Best Sushi I have had in VA.

The last time I was back there visiting my mom, we went to Mizuno and it was very good (I had been there a few other times). Small place - I recommend any place you go, sit at the bar, go before the rushes hit and talk to the sushi chef about wanting to be adventurous.

It's at 1860 Laskin, suite 120 in VB.
