1C mayonnaise
1/4C chile sauce
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix ingredients refrigerate for 1/2 hr.
Enjoy

Well, up here, around the thousand Islands, we would wonder why you would add eggs to eggs (in the mayonnaise), but otherwise it's close.:D

Don't really know why; it was a recipe of my deceased mothers' that I found in an old handwritten book of recipes, and made the other day. I think it's 'cause Mom like to have chunky stuff for texture.
It is definitely rich and pretty tasty.

Sounds good. A nice twist to TI dressing is to add a little horseradish.
