He co-wrote Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.........2 thumbs up...and then some!!!
I saw that movie at a midnight show. I would have @#$%ed a catchers mit that night!!! It was a very frustrating movie for a 17 year old. 'Just sayin!

I am not watching that. My father in law, who died in 2004 and left my wife a tidy sum of inheritance, had throat cancer. He looked a lot like that except only much worse. It's a terrible way to die. Utter agony. I feel for the guy. I really do. We talked to my father in law just before they wheeled him into surgery and when he came out a few hours later - after 50 years of talking - silence.
