Since this thought process seems to escape some of you.

If it involves Obama, his grandmother, his dump he took this morning, his uncle, or the zit he popped on his back...it probably belongs in PR&C.

If it involves his wife, her trips, her 99,000 calorie lunch, any anything that else that she may be involved in, it probably belongs in PR&C.

If it's about Religion...it probably belongs in PR&C.

If it's just about anything in which you might be stirring the pot, just remember opinions are like assholes everybody has one and you'll never change your asshole, so what makes you think you'll change somebodys opinion on the interwebs? Here's a hint, [YOU WON'T]...and it probably belongs in PR&C.

A little more information PR&C stands for Politics Religion & Controversy, if your post falls into any of the above, it probably belongs in the subsection of Offtopic called Offtopic PR&C.

How about if Obama bought a cutting board from DAB, and wanted to publicly thank DAB for his fine craftsmanship? :D

Never happen. Don't deal with liars, cheats, and screwups.

Or I could charge him a bazillion dollars.

This forum either needs new moderators or the existing moderators to wake the f- up and move the political bullsh-t to it's correct section.

As I replied to an earlier thread, I admire the effort but hold out little hope of a successful outcome.

See I was a bit nicer. But you have fun poking the bear in the balls. :leaving:

We've all been nice for months. I've privately spoken to a lot of people who have said that the political discussions are making the forum unenjoyable. It's time for a wake up call. :slap::slap:

have you flagged the threads and sent a nice PM to a mod, or mods that show as being logged in?

Have to agree, there's been too much political stuff in OT and even I've been guilty of poking some of the uber conservatives bears here.

OT should be a fun place for the exchange of info, ideas, and humor, but not at the expense of the feelings or beliefs of other members.

What if Obama bought a Corvette?

It would never happen--since the government owns GM, it would be as if he were actually supporting the well-being and recovery of the government and its holdings. Duh :slap:

I actually couldn't care less if there were separate forums or not... If I see a thread that I'm not interested in, I don't click it. If it's a misleading title and something I don't want to read, I hit my back button. Just like when CFOT had about 1,000 gun threads per day and people complained... If you don't want to read it, don't click it

Oh yeah, I did that once. A moderator came into the topic and said something along the lines of 'now now, play nice.' Yeah, that did a lot.

Wow...we're really sorry that the mods don't stop their real lives to move a post at the speed that suits you best. Don't know if you're aware of this, but there's a whole lot of more important shit going on in my life than sitting on a website all day moving posts. Posts that...by the way...you can opt NOT to go into in the first place.

And my suggestion to you in the future is that if this causes you such a rash, maybe you should grow the f-k up and send one of us a PM, and leave your smarmy little internet warrior diatribe at the door.
