I had just seemed to notice a difference. When I had changed my avatar (over there) to a cute lil mute kittah, to MY avatar, responses were different.

As for the topic I flipped on, fk/not fk comments just hit me.:beat: and not one female had stepped in. I couldn't even make it through the whole thing before I felt the need to rip.

Sigh....I just wish things, for woman, weren't so fkn demeaning.

I'm not trying to start sh*t here, but I really don't think the responses you got were because of your avatar. You stepped into a thread in OT that was asking if people thought Drew Barrymore was sexy. You've been over there long enough to know how those threads are going to turn out so why do you bother even opening them?

Your first post in that thread did exactly what you intended it to do - you got the guys stirred up and got the attention you wanted. But then you come here and say that they pizzed you off - after you go in with the name calling and attacks over there. My gawd, you even jumped on Kevin73.

And before you ask, no, I don't like the comments some OT guys make about women - I'm a 53 year old female w/ no cosmetic enhancements. It sucks getting old and looking in the mirror and not seeing the youth again. But I like myself so what men (and women) may say / think about my looks isn't a concern to me. But that's just what some OT guys do in those threads so just stay out of them if the comments bother you. It's really kind of simple.

Well, slap me stupid! :slap: No offense taken. I've had a few days to think about it. That thread was no different than any of the others. It just seemed that day there was an abundance of them. By post 74, I just flipped and probably shouldn't even have posted.
