Welcome to 19whenever.

Crazy how far tech has come in such a relatively short time... Kinda excited to see what the next 20+ years will bring... Assuming the human race survives that long:shots:

Which is why in '85 I quite electronics after 20+ years employment, always more and more for less and less, without the .gov supporting MSFT would be a history footnote.....
should have bought stock in them back when, screw all the rest of the .com crapola....from the 90's....

MUCH happier keeping my own schedule as a home re-modeler anyway.....

I still have some un-opened boxes of Quattro Pro, Word Perfect, and dBase. I loved DOS. It was so simple back then.

Huh?

I think it'd be more interesting to see what they could/would/should have done if they weren't under the court orders from '99 which just recently expired.

Am I the only one who has to read and re-read Gene's posts to get the gist of what he is saying?

Perhaps it's just me and my Catholic upbringing. I was too busy dodging randy priests to pay attention in school. :D

If he types more than one run on sentence, I don't bother reading it. :D

I gave up a while ago. When I'm scrolling thru posts and I find one of his, I just keep scrolling.

He hardly ever says anything worth stumbling through all of his mumbo jumbo to make it worth the effort.
