Same direction for the most part, and the value in ascending order. Like first ones, than 5, than 10's.. etc.

I rarely carry much cash...when I do it's crumpled up in a wad in my pocket or in the truck console.

Ironic, since I'm a neat freak with most other things.

I'm good with money in the bank (although this scares me anymore) but I hate dirty smelly bills in my pocket...ya never know what dirty crack whore or stinky road bum had it before. :ack:

in retrospect, maybe the neat freak in me is the reason.

Yes. Thats what you do if you use cash. Mixing it up causes errors and costs time as well as money.

Yep, all the money is facing the same direction. 1's, 5's, and 10's in front of the divider. 20's and over in the back.

Me too! But only $20's and up goes IN the wallet. $10 and below is in order with $1's facing out.

I'm weird, I know!!

It is a sign of respect for money if you keep your bills in order in your wallet. A money tip: Never carry a bill smaller than a 50. It's psychological: You're less likely to break a 50 because once it's broken it becomes easier to spend.

All right side up with bills facing towards the fold of the wallet.

I have to say this is one area Europe has it right. The bigger the value, the bigger the bill. $1 and $2 coins and the first paper bill is a $5. No penny coins-First change coin is a .5 piece.

I fold 20+ in 1/2 and put in the side facing my ass, open to my ass crack to fumigate the drug smell.....the small shit is folded in 1/2 on my outer section....

That way I not folding a bunch of ones at the crease, they all lay flatter and make a thinner wallet, not all bunch at the main crease....

try it, I think you will find it werks.....

plus it's easier to pull the correct size bill without searching so much....

I used to carry 1500 bux cash on any given shot, but not so much any more...

my favorite denomination was the 100 buck bill, today i'ts more like 20's a reflection of the economy and my laziness....

I always thought that bank teller training was the silliest time waster, if you ain't got the brain power to tell the bill denomination from any angle, downside up, on a angle at a glance, you got NO business being a bank teller....

the rest is a time/effort waster....

No and I fold it in my pocket. I put big bills on the inside, ones on the outside and rarely have more than $200 on me. If more, I'm heavily armed. BTW, do y'all want to know what a fine wife is? Mine offered to go with me next week to pick out a rifle and scope for my 65th B'day, and then pay for it...now, that's a wife.

I think I'll ply her with wine and attempt to have my way with her.

Then I must be a big spender. I only consider anything above $9.95 as big bucks. Oh...when the bank teller cashes a $200 check for me, she always asks me if I want big bills. I say, "Yes...twenties."

Exactly the same method I use. Money goes in the front pocket, to deter pickpockets.

For years I traveled alone to odd spots and countries. I always carried my 'Gutter Note' in the other front pocket. The note had my name and a few emergency contact numbers. If I ever got rolled in London, Mexico City, or Shanghai, at least someone would be able to identify me. :leaving:

When I do carry cash, which is rare, the bills are all facing the same way and are grouped together by denomination. I'm pretty anal about a lot of things - all labels on cans, bottles, boxes, etc. have to face to the front in the fridge and the pantry, too.

When I was a kid working as a gas jockey we kept our cash on us to be quicker at the pumps, with the main big stash hidden, and we learned to keep the stash organized heads all the same and big bills of the inside so no one could see them and we could make change fast. Otherwise it took some time at the end of the night to sort them out that way, the only way banks would take large amounts of cash. It started the habit, which I still do today, but I never carry big bills around, only what I need that day for safety.:lolsmile:
