I had an incident today where I went to over take a guy and he moved in front of me because there was a slower car in front of him that I didn't see. Once we got around the slower car he wouldn't let me around him. Im gueseing he thought we were goijg fast enough. He was driving down the middle of two lanes turning on his right and left blinkers blocking the lanes. I got annoyed and dropped the hammer to pass him. He started steering into the side of my car so by time I passed him I was partially in a turn lane. Keep in mind he sped up to block me out.
Before I knew it I was going 70+ so I let of the gas and coasted for a bit til I was down to 50. This guy comes up and starts riding my ass. The lane on the left is clear to pass which I wanted him to do as didn't want to deal with this nutjob but he didn't. As the light came up I slowed down more hoping to catch a yellow which I did. I then got on it again to cross the intersection with the hopes of him getting caught at the rer light.... He ran it and got right back on my ass. We got seperated once or twice with me maneuvering around traffic trying to get away but he always got back on my ass.
At one point I saw my opportunity and made a right at an intersection. As soon as I saw him commit to the turn to follow me I made a u turn on that road and then made a quick right back onto the original road I was traveling on. He too made a u turn but got caught up in the turn traffic so at that point we were seperated.
I'm thinking I should call the police to explain my position because he very well could have called them on me and I am sure he got my tag. I'm also thinking I should let it go as he is even more guilty than I am and he might not even do anything..

Probably would have been a good idea to call the police, especially since it continued on. Always remember the first person to call is the "victim".:D

Calling the Police is a waste of time, its his word against yours. I used to get all crazy and kick peoples doors in, get in fists fights and smash their windows because of road rage but now that ive grown up, I dont do that shit any more.
If someone is acting stupid on the road I just blow them a kiss and lose em.
If someone started to follow me though, I would pull over and smash their face in with a maglight, then piss on their girlfriends face

Possibly, but if you had called then later did some maglight smashing and girlfriend urinating you would still probably be considered the victim because you were defending yourself. :cheers:

No one got a ticket, no one was arrested..metal was bent on his car..my vehicle was fine.
He also had a mullet hair cut that I pointed out numerous times. I thought the cops would be on my side because of the guys haircut...they werent

In this case, I lock up my brakes. I've had this happen one time where some slap dick thought he'd be cool and ride my ass. I locked them up. How he didn't hit me I'll never know. He swerved to the side and was PISSED.
99.9% chance we would have locked them up if he hit me.
I don't put up with these situations very well...:leaving:

Brake checking people can get people killed, if someone sees you do this, and they stop along with you and the other party, tell the police what they witnessed, your going to jail :yesnod:

I did that once to a guy who was "stalking" me on the road and driving like a total nut.
Give Texas DPS the car description, lic plate & location of incident.
As I was calling he/she exited the freeway.
Not sure if me calling scared him/her off or not but they bailed pretty fast once they seemed to notice I was on the phone.
They told me they couldn't do anything at that moment as no officers were in the area but would keep the information of the vehicle in-case another offense was reported.

I have a really bad temper when people do stupid chit while driving and have gotten into may altercations. Once when I was about 17 or 18 a guy cut me off so I passed him and stopped. We both got out and he came at me so I beat the chit out of him. Turns out it was my cousins across the street neighbor. :beat: :rofl:
I just had an incident a couple of months ago. Entropy stayed at my house because of a cancelled flight. We were heading to my office before taking him to the airport and some stupid kid was on his cell phone and he came about 3 inches from sideswiping me. I beeped to warn him and he proceeds to flip me off while mf'ing me. We got caught in traffic and I got out to beat his azz and he took off and flew through the Mobil station to get away. I guess his girlfriend he was trying to be tough in front of didn't think he was so tough anymore.
I should mellow out but some peoples utter stupidity and ignorance just pizzes me off.
BTW, never hit your brakes when someone is tailgating you in case they don't react in time. Hit your hazards. You break lights flash first just like hitting your brakes and you don't slow down.

We were talking about the plans for today last night when told him about the incident. When I mentioned the make of the car and described it he knew who it was immediatley. I have actually meet this guy a couple times. Seemed nice enough but I found out he has mental issues. One of his kids is autistic and the other has some social developmental issues all of which stem from his side of the gene pool and not his wife's.
So I'm not sure if he knew it was me and was messing with me or if he was off his meds and flipped his shit..
I never called the police and am more than likley going to let my friend talk to his neighhors wife about it.

I will always try to avoid confrontation/road rage because of this. You never know who is carrying what or what they may do.
I always have a gun in the car, but I would rather not use it for it's intended purpose.
I would have no problem killing the idiot if I had to, but the legal issues ($$$$) would break the bank.
