View Full Version : Done did it.
I bought one of those "performance sedans". I got a Jaguar XFR - 510HP supercharged.

now you own a Jag-you-are
when you are not an owner they are a Jag-wire.
Like a Porsche...becomes a Porsch-A once ownership is involved. :D
YMMV

Pick it up on Monday. They kept my SLK55AMG so I have a loaner for the weekend.
And yes, I did try out a CTS V. I felt the Jag was smoother and better finished. Besides, I already gave way too much money to the General, not by choice.

As someone who has owned Jaguars since 1986, I can tell you: You are now officially hooked! Once you have a Jaguar, you will never go back. There's something addictive about them, whether it's the luxury, look, ride, and/or performance. Jags have everything on them that you need, nothing you don't need. The controls are simple to understand and use, no BMW-like gadgetry.
And don't listen to the naysayers: You will find that today's Jaguar is reliable and trouble-free. Bonus: Excellent gas mileage. You'll be turning only 2K rpm at 70.

Wecome to the Club! :D
We have had a 10 XF premium for a year now with no trips to the dealer for warrenty repairs. Very well balanced car. I can't imagine an extra 125 HP added to it like yours is. My seats are somewhat flat but I think your XFR fixes that issue.:D:cheers:

Beautiful car, but I'm not sure that 15/21 is an "excellent gas mileage" bonus on the XFR.
