what chaps my ass is how the honest hard working police don't call for this guys badge. Its jerks like this that cause people to hate and or be afraid of cops and its disgusting.

not all cops are like this, but Ive met a few myself in this same situation. In CA there are some laws to help open carry and most cops don't only not know, they don't care and feel they can do whatever they want because they carry a badge. I would put $$$ that im more proficient with firearms and safer than most of them.
