You guys are obviously not fine tuned yet..they need to make a beer dyno..that way you can adjust your buzz to the exact blurriness you want

If anyone invents this, I want royalties

Depends on the amounts of fermentables in each batch, as well as the type of yeasts used.

I brew some of my own and most of mine have a tendency to be 7-8% + in alcohol.

Getting ready to brew another batch next week, my own signature recipe.
I call it "High Octane Fcuk-up Fuel."

I would like to try the FU fuel, what style is it?

Its supposed to be a brown ale, and in color, it is.
But.....when I finish adding all the extra ingredients (Honey, treacle, etc.), its still a "Nut brown ale" but has a screaming high gravity. Nick and I will begin brewing next week.
