Here's the link the OP should have provided in the first place.

Don't waste your time. I looked for teh funnah for several minutes before giving up.

The best I can figure is that Monk posted this thinking the on-air radio personality was side-splittingly funny. It isn't even edited. There are full-length songs in between some weird old guy DJ'ing in a rambling fashion for a few minutes here and there.
