My laptop keeps getting a warning from Avast! everytime I turn it on about a program called sifxinst.exe may be harmful. There is a file in Program Files called SIFXINST that has 3 things in it. 1 called "newlink", one called "NoRestor", and one called SIFXINST which says it is a self installing file. They all say New Boundary Tachnologies Inc.. They say they were modified Sept 08, 2006.

I have no idea what they are or what they are for. Anyone have a clue? :waiting:

I saw that but it doesn't tell me where it came from and why it's just now making Avast! pop up.
