For chocolate milk, does VBOT prefer syrup (Hershey) or powder (Nesquik)?

Syrup
:iagree:
The only way to chocolatize with powder is too dissolve it into a small amount of milk, stirring until it completely dissolved, then add milk, otherwise it is gritty and doesn't dissolve completely.

Syrup
:iagree:
Same applies for Strawberry.
Helpful Tip: Say you live in a house that buys non-fat milk (like mine), and you're hankering a nice creamy chocolate or strawberry milk. With non-fat milk, you have to add more syrup just to get a decent flavor, but it'll never be creamy. Keep some vanilla creamer handy! Add a little creamer and voila! . . . creamy beverage, and less syrup needed.

I like them both but sometimes with powder that extra sugary textured chocolate treat at the end is nice.
YMMV.

I used to use powdered milk for the same effect... it's cheap and you can take 0 Fat milk look and taste halfway normal with. :yesnod:

Growing up we had to have the Nesquik due to the Pink Bunny on the label.
Instead of calling it strawberry milk, I called it Pink Bunny Milk!
I like both syrup and mix, but have a tendency to prefer the bunny mix! :squirrel2:

I used to keep the extra large (like 12" high!) container of the pink bunny mix in stock, in my kitchen! I just sort of transitioned to the syrup I guess. Store brand blows, I can attest to that! Maybe it's time to bring back pink bunny . . .

Syrup is better than powder if you have it but it's chocolate so it's all good.

Don't feel bad. I thought this was going to be about codeine vs. cocaine.

I had a good codeine buzz last week...and I'm here to tell ya, it's no competition for a soda buzz. :D

Yoo-hoo
YooHoo is God's gift to chocolate.
Otherwise I vote syrup. I never could get powders to mix in properly. Who wants chalky milk?
Except for strawberry. I never had any problems stirring it in.

I just feed my cows a healthy diet of grass and Hershey Syrup. I get chocolate milk pre-made 'cause that's how I roll
