Last year, when I replaced my tires on my '98, I took the cheaper route and didn't go with the runflats. Now I have a flat, which I think is due to a hairline split in my rim.
What's the best way to take care of this? I probably need a new rim, but there's not enough clearance to get a jack under my car to take the tire off. I guess I could spring for a ramp and a new jack, but there has to be a better way.
Any suggestions????
BTW...I was laid off a few months ago, so please keep costs in mind. Thanks!!!
