Has anyone ever had a shrimp and oyster Po'boy buffalo style where you have the battered shrimp and oyster marinated in the hot sauce/butter buffalo sauce.

Nope, but I would.

Yep. Somebody screwed up and battered the shrimp with self-rising flour. The baking powder in the self-rising flour makes the coating taste a little bitter if you use it for frying. Otherwise, the sandwich was pretty darn good.

Cause, I was having a cold beer in "Sandy Bottoms" on the beach and I smelled what I thought was wings. I was going out that night to get some oysters and shrimp and I thought of a po'boy.

Speaking of po'boys, I have a t-shirt from New Orleans that has a diagram or exploded view of a po'boy, with all the parts numbered and a legend area describing all the parts.

I also have a t-shirt that has on the front the term "Y@". which represents the way of talking by native New Orleans folks. Google it and learn. My sisters manfriend is a native NOLA guy.

And don't axe me what time it is or I will tell you how to make a watch or at least why you need one. That's the way my sisters manfriend is, you axe him sumpin and he want shut up witda answers. Dat bugs de hell outa me. Know what I mean!
