Looks like an AK 74.

I shoot left handed and use to have to have a brass deflector on my Army issued M16. I have several brass "tattoos" on my chest and stomach from that damn thing.

I shoot rifles left-handed too. I've always been right hand dominant, left-eye dominant.

Sucks having to watch the brass eject across your eyeline... but you get used to it.

It's an AMD-65, Hungarian version of the AK-47, I have one in my arsenal. :D

That was one of the main reasons I went to and O/U shotgun for bird hunting
