how do I make a DVD from a series of MP4 videos(320x240) to play on my DVD player?
or will it just look like dookey on my TV?

What software do you have available?

Might not look super good but it could depend on how you have the software set to handle the sizing of the video when importing into your project and how the DVD is set to handle it when played.

Windows DVD Maker but that won't burn an *.mp4 file onto a DVD.

seriously, though.. it's my Insanity workout videos.
it's hard to dig deeper while using my computer monitor.

I'm using the older versions 9x and 10x. I heard the new 11 version has issues.

Simply click on DVD and then point to the AVI or other formatted video. It will create the DVD format, then you burn that with NERO as DVD video.
