It has been stated that many gun owners are complete douchebags, this is a true fact. Most people in the military only train enough to qualify 2x a year.

I see your point. Whenever I go to an indoor range, I will observe the other shooters there. If there is a "Cowboy" there acting like a douche by not obeying the range rules or acting in a manner that may endanger other shooters, I 'll wait.
Usually not very long, as the range owners have no problem removing the douchebag from the premises.

Nobody here is trying to force you to carry. To be quite honest with you, I really don't give a shit whether you do or not. You just seem to enjoy instigating a shitstorm with gun owners here, for whatever pleasure you get from it.

Secondly, Texas isn't seeing itself turned into Swiss cheese and they have a rather healthy percentage of CCW permit holders. How's that anti-gun thing working for violent crime in Chicago?

Be careful lumping groups together. Many people who are anti-gun are also the same people boo-hooing that nobody is saving them with bad things happen (crime, natural disasters, etc). Using your generalizations, I guess that makes you one of them.
