can you use super glue to stick the vettes front emblem back onto the tape? Or will this cause some major problems down the road?
.................Carefully if you have to.
Use the gel type.

you could use a little but of silicone and then you can get it off later if you need to....not too much! :)
Just get new tape and do it right the first time.

Carefully clean off all tape residue with alky or gasoline.....
then use RTV/silicone seal to restick the emblem....lasts for over ten years....
in fact I have never had any emblem come off using that stuff....

:iagree: This. They sell the double sided foam 3M tape at all hardware & auto parts stores. Clean the old crap off the emblem, & stick the new tape on. Trim to fit with a razor blade, & stick the emblem back on the car.

Lining it up is the bigger issue. Had a hell of a time with the logo when I bought the Tiger Shark nose.

In my experience crazy glues dry out fast and fails. I'd use double sided auto trim tape. That stuff sticks like poop to the blanky!
