Any of you that have done the C5 kit probably knows exactly what I mean.... especially if you did it on the floor. I thought it was of marginal/flimsly quality but that actually helped the install. I took "pot luck" and didn't order an airbridge as I already had a carbon fiber one. It was about 3/4 inch too long and out came the hacksaw ! All is good...Still have to reinstall lower airdam and oil the filter. They suggest WD-40 as the preferred oil - go figure ! Will go do the computer learn thing tomorrow , after my bleeding stops.

I was one of the lucky ones that it fit perfect on. Apparently some motors are scootched forward a bit, and that's why they seem too long for some applications. Either way, here's to one of the best air intakes out there!

Got it all together and followed the relearn instructions. Took it out after church and did a couple of I64 ramps and...WOW...this was one of those mods that I could actually feel ! Had the same feeling of a 50hp shot, especially for me pulling from about 3000 up. Too much traffic to take to the limiter above 1-2 and 3rd. 65 degrees made for a nice outing....
