Exec Keeps blame on riders - Agency won't accept fault
DART's top executive on Monday again labeled as responsible scores of passengers who abandoned a train Thursday after it stalled deep underground, a decision riders said they made after waiting about an hour without hearing from the operator when help might arrive.
On Monday, DART President Gary Thomas repeated that the passengers decision to leave the train had put them in danger, and he refused to agree that it was the agency's handling of the breakdown that led the riders to make the choices they did.
This clown should be in charge of a cattle car train rather than a anything involving people. :smash:
