Trust me on this. I can't imagine using my laptop without this gem. Nice and dimmed right now instead of blindingly bright.

Your eyes naturally expect dimmer light during the night and brighter during the day.

Simple, non-intrusive, GREAT on your eyes, easily disabled when you want.

I thought it was kind of funky at first. But then after an hour of use I switched it off for a moment. UGH. TOO BRIGHT. You can always turn it off to play a game or something where you want no effect on color. But for forum surfing after dark, it's great. I kept afterdark on the lowest light setting, and slid daytime brightness down to around the midway point.

Sounds like a solution in search of a problem.

My brightness buttons on my MacBook Pro (F1 and F2, I think) work just fine for me. :bilmem:

Yeah, this is MUCH cheaper for me than spending four figures on an overpriced piece of crap and having to switch from PC to crapple.

I have been using it for at least 6 months?

I like it. It works very well and is a nice change from working on the computer all day. It is very ncie to almost put you to sleep when you are going to have to go to bed soon but just want to check the barn 1 last time beofre you sleep, lol
