Man bites woman on the neck and steals car

ALBANY, GA - Police and Ems were called to 300 east Oglethorpe for a car jacking. A woman leaving Big Daddy's night club was attacked and her car was stolen.
The victim 23-year-old Amanda Merchant is ok. Albany Police say this happened at about 1:30 this morning.
Merchant and her girlfriends were inside Big Daddy's night club. They were on their way out the door, when her friends decided to stay.
Amanda was alone, as she walked to her car in the parking lot at 300 east Oglethorpe. She was approached by a black man who tried to talk to her.
Police say that man wrestled her to the ground, bit her on the neck, and then drove off in her 2000 maroon Isuzu truck.
She did not go to the hospital but EMS did check her vitals in the parking lot. APD is searching for the 2000 maroon Isuzu Rodeo truck with a partial tag of BDD.
Police say the attacker is a black man standing 5'8- 5'9 wearing a white T-shirt. If you have any information you're asked to call crime stoppers 436-Tips.
