Companies avoid real layoffs whenever possible because a) they usually have to pay a severance to the RIF'd employees, and b) laying off staff looks bad to investors. But if you can encourage employees to quit voluntarily, e.g. by making remote workers return to the office or imposing a dress code, you get the same benefits of a RIF without the downside. :thumbs:

I have not been to one in a few months, i use to get one when my mom was in the hospital last year before she passed and they had a one inside the hospital. I use the app and i dial back on all the sugar and syrups, you can customize any drink. The default is so much sugar and syrups you don't even taste the coffee, they are basically sugar drinks with a dash of coffee.
